1. On your computer open BundyPlus.
2. Do NOT open the database!
3. At top left, click "Help".
4. Click "Check For Software Updates".
5. Follow the prompts to complete the update process.

5. Follow the prompts to complete the renewal process.

You can also track your order if you're a member of BundyPlus. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click the 'Order ID#'. You'll be able to see the status of your order and if dispatched, redirected to the courier’s website with your tracking details displayed.

We'll do our very best to get your order to you as fast as possible, which means we'll pick, pack and send out your order within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. 

Please be aware that orders generally leave our warehouse within one working day, sometimes in as little as an hour. Therefore if you wish to change or cancel your order it is advisable to call us on 1300 998 145 soon after placing your order to ensure we can make the changes prior to dispatch. Email communication is unlikely to be received in time to address your request.
